Waimakariri School Education Services

Terranova provides Waimakariri District Council (WDC) with a comprehensive school education programme on waste minimisation and recycling.

The programme is designed for the 26 primary and secondary schools in the Waimakariri District and is flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of differing needs. It can also be adapted to meet the needs of pre-schools and kindergartens

Where practicable, the primary school programme incorporates school curriculum learning outcomes and provides supporting material and resources for teachers.

Secondary school programmes provide sufficient flexibility to fit in with a range of different subjects and topics. It also provides resource material.

As we have a wide range of resources and options we prefer to work directly with the schools and teachers to tailor a programme to their requirements.
